  7. StartMenu is a clone of the infamous TaskBar program from Windows95.
  8. This version is almost an exact clone of the original - only it's
  9. better!

  11. The main job of the program is to create a graphically-oriented menu
  12. system from which you can launch programs.  Only StartMenu has many
  13. more features, like controlling windows, commodities, screens. etc.

  15. Don't let the size of the archive fool you!  The StartMenu program
  16. is only about 50K, but there are many extras included in the
  17. archive.
